>Return or change , you need to make sure that the original bag and label should be intact and will not affect the second sales. Refunds need to deduct free shipping fee and return shipping fee is borne by the customer. 

>In case of item defects, drop us an email at ibentoyfans@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Email must include snapshots of the area of defect clearly. Once item(s) is approval for exchange / refund, you are required to mail the defected piece out to us within 10 days. Return mailing cost are the responsibility of the customer, and original mailing cost will not be refunded.
If the defected item is still in stock, a replacement piece will be sent to you. In the event whereby the defected item is out of stock, a refund will be issued. All return item(s) must be in their original condition; with the product tag and plastic packaging. Item(s) which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected.
>We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
>Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received.Only send to the address that our customer service provided.
>Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 3-7 business days with Paypal for your refund to appear.
>The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
>The following reasons will not be considered for exchange / return:

3. Slight colour difference resulting from the difference on individual's monitor
4. Deliberate damage of the item in order to make item eligible for exchange
5. Minor defects such as loose threads, light scratches or slight stains which are unobvious under normal lighting
6. Defects which are caused / appear after washing and handling by the customer
If you need to return an item due to error on the part of ibentoy.com, we will send out a replacement (subject to item availability) at our expense after the incorrect item is returned.
